I like your thoughts on this.  Something I&#039;ve encouraged my teachers to do, is to work with the music teacher, and have them record the &quot;tracks&quot; that they need to practice.  In the past, we&#039;ve used a keyboard, and had the output go into the microphone, and used Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) to capture the music and export as an MP3.  As well, this year, the music teacher recorded herself using her iPod, and it was even easier to convert.  At that point, we put the tracks up in Blackboard, and the students practice at will.  Hope this helps as a possible solution!
